September 23, 20222 yr Been quiet in this thread lately. Whatever happened with The Pearl? Any updates @KJP?
September 23, 20222 yr Hate to break it, but unless RealLife sells the Pearl, it ain't happening. They have actively been trying to sell the project for months, along with their project on Columbus road down in the Flats. Anything they propose is nothing more than an attempt to flip the property
September 23, 20222 yr ^This has been evident for sometime. Too bad. It was an interesting project and would have helped the corridor a lot. I wonder if that project abutting it is now in trouble because of this? I think it was a Gies project but may be wrong. Would seem to be less marketable and isolated without the Pearl as an entrance gateway to their lot.

It'll hide behind the bigger TREO project so you can't see it from W25th and also it's on two dead end streets so no risk of you driving by it so rest easy lol
October 25, 20222 yr Great. I just got through painting a couple of rooms grey with white trim. Went to an open house recently and the agent was talking about how so outdated grey is now. Nonetheless, marketing it as office space is ambitious - one look through the windows suggests a lot of interior work is needed before the building is anywhere near ready to be occupied. November 9, 20222 yr Plans revealed for big Tremont site By Ken Prendergast / November 8, 2022 Perhaps the largest never-developed piece of land on Cleveland’s near-west side now has a plan for developing it. November 14, 20222 yr I put this here because the agent mentions potential expansion that has been considered by the current owner and could result from the sale.... A Christmas Story House, campus for sale By Ken Prendergast / November 14, 2022 That little house on Cleveland Street is on the market just in time for the holiday season and the release of a sequel to the 1983 classic movie “A Christmas Story.” And just like one of Ralphie’s father’s silly puzzles, “This one could be worth 50,000 bucks.” But the house isn’t on Cleveland Street, it’s not merely the house that’s for sale and the campus of seven properties is likely to fetch multiples of $50,000.
