Yes.

I'm going to go with "not really". While it is labeled as such, there is too much of a gap including Crossroads plus one block of 1920s residential between it and Oakley Station.

From near bankruptcy to boom: Walnut Hills restaurant rebounds amid pandemic

Barbecue restaurant Just Q'in did not have a great 2019. On the heels of closing its original location in Newtown, owner Matt Cuff said he got to the point of starting to seek out bankruptcy attorneys. But with encouragement from its landlord and after making some smart business moves, the restaurant was already on the rebound and prepared for when Covid-19 hit.

It started with payroll. That, Cuff said, was the hardest. There was a lot of fat, so to say, to trim. Just Q'in was set up to operate with a staff of 10 to 15 when it opened in Walnut Hills in 2016. In February of this year, there were just four workers, including Cuff. The goal was to make sure the weekly payroll was 25% of that week's sales.

"Our payroll needs to be reflective of the sales we're bringing in, not hopeful for what we could bring in," Cuff said.

So...10~ people were getting paid to play on their phones?
