Siu is behind local restaurants Dope Asian Street Fare, Decibel Korean Fried Chicken, both with multiple locations across Cincinnati. Banh mi simply translates to "bread," describing what’s referred to across the world as a Vietnamese baguette. Atop Siu’s sandwiches, most of the banh mi options will carry the same base ingredients, including mayonnaise, jalapeno, cilantro, cucumbers and do chua – a mixture of pickled carrot and daikon radish. June 7, 20232 yr Seems smart to keep a BBQ restaurant in that space so they can re-use much of the equipment and layout which it looks like means it will have a quick turnaround time on re-opening. I'm curious about the bar aspect because the article makes it seem more sports bar vibe which means I will have to go elsewhere for good tiki drinks in OTR if they are changing that aspect of Pontiac's menu.

August 12, 20231 yr Stuffed cookie company Sweet Mae’s buys West Price Hill building, lands stall at Findlay Market Stuffed cookie company Sweet Mae’s is graduating from Over-the-Rhine’s Findlay Kitchen, but the business, known for its Southern-style, isn’t venturing far. The expansions come three years after owner Tiffany Biddle launched the concept out of her home following an eight-year career in the engineering field. Its growth means there's a need for its first physical location. Biddle in July bought a 3,840-square-foot building at 917 State Ave. from O Pie O owner Lou Ginocchio. The sale closed for $415,000, according to Hamilton County property records.
