I forgot to post these here.  I love Boston.  I want to move back so badly, it physically hurts.

Great Boston photos!

"You don't just walk into a bar and mix it up by calling a girl fat" - buildingcincinnati speaking about new forumers

I like the skyline shots at the end....most skyline shots, of Boston, aren't usually very flattering.  They make the city appear less dense than what it really is.  Good Work!

Oh and in the one 3 up from the bottom...is that an entrance to the 'big dig' highway tunnel?

Nice job Mark!  Why did you move away in the first place?

With a city that looks like that how could anyone want to move to the suburbs!!!?

Cool pics.

Well, you should see what some of their suburbs look like!  I saw Salem & Marblehead, and they were both beautiful.  No Mcmansions to be had.  I'm sure that further from the city though they have cookie cutter burbs.

i hear that old song play more than a feeling. i think i'm dreaming.

Wonderful city, and wonderful pictures of it!  Thanks for remembering to post them here!

Love it.  And having lived there for a brief while I too think it is my favorite US city (of those I've been too and I need to do a west coast tour) and it even beats Cincinnati.  I know, it pains me to say that . . .

UncleRando - yes, someone there told me that that was the Big Dig tunnel where the recent accident took place (hence, the "do not enter" sign).

Gold42 - don't ask.  YES the North Shore suburbs are terrific - they are my favourite of all of Boston's.  In a perfect world, I'd have a house in Nahant - secluded, surrounded by ocean, with the full Boston skyline visible just ahead a few miles.
