Buffalo Columbus Cincinnati and Detroit are all cleaner too... than Cleveland heh

I like your positive outlook with your chosen headline, Archer, but it looks to me like Cleveland's 12th worst in this ranking!  Unfortunately, it won't give us a kick-in-the-pants we need unless we're dead last...
