April 2, 200718 yr Holy Smoke! Will the last person to leave please turn out the lights? For being shut down and vacant, the place is surviving amazingly intact.

April 18, 200718 yr The pope will be stepping down from his Mod position and X will take his place. Finally, the respect and power I deserve. Once you make that change, can I ban someone at random?
April 18, 200718 yr Sure. Start with the pope. "You don't just walk into a bar and mix it up by calling a girl fat" - buildingcincinnati speaking about new forumers
April 18, 200718 yr I think he deserves more of a spanking than a ban. Not everyone considers that a bad thing.

April 19, 200718 yr Well, do note that the vast majority (if not all) of the members at UrbanOhio are ... male. And a high proportion of them are ... bi-gay. hehehe, or should I go, teeheehee
April 19, 200718 yr i definitely joined the wrong message board to pick up chicks. somebody, post a photo, get us back on subject, please......
May 14, 200718 yr Yo, I'm new to UrbanOhio, but not new to other forums, or photography. I didn't see a spot for this, or another thread or whatever, but anyways; My name is Craig, I reside and go to school in Cincinnati. I'm in Urban Planning at the University of Cincinnati, and you can thank good old Seicer for bringing me here. I typically take photos in abandoned locations, but I'm starting to broaden my scopes. Thats me at the Frigidaire plant in Dayton, where I am originally from. Cheers, dudes!
May 14, 200718 yr Great, another guy and not a girl! This is UrbanOhio, not exactly a cop magnet :-D Welcome!
May 14, 200718 yr True, there is no reason to obscure the face. I just like that photo a lot. Happy now, Seicer?
May 14, 200718 yr I wish I had one with me and the lamp. No one wanted to grab one with my head inside the light fixture :| BTW, was that a deliberate face blur with Photoshop, or just a slow shutter speed?
May 14, 200718 yr That photo is quite...interesting... "You don't just walk into a bar and mix it up by calling a girl fat" - buildingcincinnati speaking about new forumers
May 14, 200718 yr It was completely accidental. The camera opened the shuttter, then I moved my head to look at my friend. But I think it looks pretty neat, and it works to keep my identity safe!

May 14, 200718 yr ^ He's really CAPTAIN PLANET! BTW, this is also an actual representation of myself.
May 14, 200718 yr Naw man! Its just sort of popular to obscure your face on Urban Exploring websites. I was never a fan, but I think the photo looks cool.
May 15, 200718 yr People still obscure their faces on urbex sites? I remember I did that once, until realized, no authority really gives a crap if people go in abandoned buildings. Here's one I took of me today at work. My second day back working at an architecture firm. It's the real world now. I didn't get a window view this year cause they hired a bunch of new employees that took over my old spot. This was my nice view last year.

May 16, 200718 yr Things have really gone downhill around here. This is how we behave at department picnics. (I'm the top right.)
