Just wondering what's up with the following thread.  It seems to be sitting in the wrong place. It also seems to have been cut in the middle somehow.

I don't know what happened with that thread because:

 

1) I didn't move it there.

I wouldn't have put it there, but I guess it does fall under the "relocation assistance" category.

 

2) I never split it.

I don't even think I notice where it may have been split, though I do seem to remember something being split off from it because it got so off-topic.  Maybe one of the other mods/admins knows the deal.

Maybe it has always been there.  I thought it strange that it was quoting something in the first posting of the topic.

 

It just looked like a strange place for it, and I didn't remember it being there when I was following the thread earlier.
