OMG I have to find the dumb and dumber horror movie version. The part where he says "I have a RAPIST witt!!!" is hilarious.

That video link isnt' working for me.

Well, here's the song on YouTube, but the images of Algeria were pretty stunning to go with this....

Should use this as a promo music video for Cleveland+ in effort to stem the brain drain!

A bit of shameless self-promotion: here's a motion graphics project I worked on in school last year. We had to come with a project detailing the ABCs of something .. it could literally be anything. I went with the ABCs of insecurity because I was feeling, well, insecure.

It's nothing super snazzy, but I'm proud of it.

That video makes me wish we had 200mph trains connecting large metro areas, partially with the money we would save by not subsidizing small town air service.

I loved the movie "About Schmidt" -- it's one of Jack Nicholson's softer roles, and it downright made me bawl at the end.

So here it is. The end. If you watch the movie in its entirely, it makes even more sense. This is where my quote on my Facebook came from --

"I know we're all pretty small in the big scheme of things, and I suppose the most you can hope for is to make some kind of difference, but what kind of difference have I made? What in the world is better because of me?"

My favorite music video EVER.  Try to find all the subtleties in it.  VERY VERY well choreographed.

if there was ever an official urbanohio-approved youtube video, this one could be it.

mies! mies! van der row ha!

Here's one of the funniest homemade YouTube vid's I have seen! May be a little annoying after you watch a few, but this kid has a lot of these if you want to see more.

Yeah that was ridiculous. What ever happend with that? The city should be going bankrupt from a giant lawsuit.

Can anyone tell me what this commercial is advertising?

We've seen Twista, but what about the fastest white rapper? Not bad ... although it took a minute to get going ...

Glue-board roach killer; according to the label, effective for up to five months.

One of the earliest commercials seen on Polish TV, mid 80s, the wife tells me. The name derives from a post WWI slang term for Prussian--or German--"Prusak" which is used interchangeably with "karaluch," or cockroach. "Lep" means sticky stuff.

So there you have it: give me a box of Sticky German.

Warning, this is extremely hard to watch if you are truely afraid of ghosts. I would not recommend watching this alone or at night time. Dead serious. (no pun intended, puns are the lowest form of humor  :-D)

Despite that icy NEO reception, Donnie Iris’s AH LEAH was a huge hit on the AOR stations in Pittsburgh (WDVE), Cleveland (WMMS), Akron (WONE) and Youngstown (WSRD).

For those of you who remember WMMS in the 1980s when it was starting to lose it's "edgyness" and becoming too mainstream. Still fun to see this though...

Then there's this from WEWS in 1976 (at the end of these videos, more WMMS clips show up):

^ Ha, your YouTube vids got me looking for old WEBN ads and I found this WEBN firework newscast and Jerry Springer is the anchor with Sam Kinison ... 1988.

I guess that's during his mayor days?

Funny, he's always had the tv host thing down.

WEBN fireworks are always a fun time. Can't wait 'til labor day rolls around.

^ No, I think he was working for Channel 5 news at that time.

Forget Billy Graham. This is a preacher. Biotch.
