This is a very challenging job for one of the most respected and successful brownfield programs in the nation.  I established and manage the County's brownfield assessment program (we have done 35 projects in 20 months).  I am also the fund manager of the County's USEPA Brownfields RLF funds used to cleanup brownfields.  You will also be working with other federal, state and local funds dedicated to brownfield assessments and cleanups.

 

People with environmental (i.e., sampling and analysis, IH, understanding exposure pathways), real estate financing (i.e., analyzing pro formas), planning, grant writing and public administration backgrounds should consider the job.
