I didn't have time. I had to be at a class. But when people were blasting a stereo and selling cds inside the KFC in Northside I called the number on the receipt and let them know. I also told them I didn't like waiting 20 minutes for my food. The problem with fast food places is they make too much money. A KFC/Taco Bell like that could easily generate 400k a year just in profit.

that place is amazing

I recently found an ATM card left in a machine in a Kroger with a 5/3  branch.

I turned the card in to the 5/3 clerk and, right as I did, a guy came up & snatched it off the counter, said, "That's mine !" and shot the clerk & myself dirty looks like we were conspiring to steal his checking account.

Cincinnatians can be real charming.

Yeah, I guess I've always been a big fan of brackets as oppose to perenthesis.

Why, it's because of the higher number of Republicans, obviously.

Yeah, most of the employees at the Walnut Hills McDonald's are blueblood Republicans, no doubt!

Wow McDonalds must be offering some great stock options these days.

Cue David's awesome "swatting flies" quote.

Assuming P&G's profits were high, and P&G was generally delivering shitty service and inferior products, then yes, I'd say P&G's profits were too high, or at the very least, clearly not being reinvested in a postive way.

You've really got a handle on the whole capitalism thing, don't you?  Who decides how much money is too much, or how much a given business should be able to make?  I think I'll tell my managers at P&G that our profits are too high!

I'm pretty sure McDonalds is as big as it is because of investment, not because of their customer service ethics. Shouldn't you be listening to Bill Cunningham with your friends and bitching about how your suburbs are being "infultrated"?

Dude I don't get it. That shit should not be tolerated AT ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLlllllllldgsadgasgagagaasdladfaladfa. If you're rude, you're fired. Period. If I was manager there, I'd be saying that more times than Donald Trump.

As a restaurant manager (Panera Bread) I would tend to agree with you...however at many of these places you take what you can get :-/  Service is pinnacle in my book, but then again you don't normally have the same calliber of workers at McDonalds as you do at a Panera (emphasis on NORMALLY)

Well, you get what you can demand out of them for what you're paying them, which often isn't much.  I'm not going after you personally, just an observation on the whole damn situation with jobs these days.  Everyone wants the world at starvation wages.

Yeah, Panera can be more selective (especially the one on campus) it seems. McDonalds probably hires crack heads and felons like its nothing because they have a hard time retaining employees. Hey, are you still transfering to the one on Calhoun? I can't wait to try it out; I thought they were open the other day but it was a private party--invitation only. That burrito place a few storefronts down was giving out free burritos, but the line was seriously like 40 people deep outside the door. I thought I was at the BMV.

So I'm in a parking lot today, and a guy was showing his wife his new Bengals license plate. I looked over at it, and he looked at me kind of awkward. I kept walking and said "Nice plate, they're starting off pretty good this year." His response, "What, are you some kind of an a**hole Steelers fan?" You can't even be nice to Cincinnatians.

"Who Dey!" is one crazy social epidemic

FWIW, I was recently approached by a drug dealer at Henry & Race who was downright amiable.

Yes but Dan I don't need a radioshow host to tell me how to think :]
