October 17, 200618 yr "Wasn't there a study done showing that lesbians are way more likely to live in small towns compared to gay males who prefer cities? I thought I read something like that." Though it doesn't sound like a serious study, I suppose I could see that with one caveat. The "butch" gals seem to prefer a more rural lifestyle. My lipstick friends are city gals to the core - after all, there aren't usually David Yurman boutiques next to the John Deere store  I 100% agree! Nor will you find it near the local Home Depot. Lesbians seem to love Home Depot AND Lowes.

His "rope" style bracelets are hugely popular with older socialite types. http://www.davidyurman.com/home.aspx and they also make really expensive cufflinks which will impress your clients/friends (all 3 of them who know who yurman is!)

October 17, 200618 yr Yeah, but I've worked with several lesbians during my 9 years at Lowes (Marion/Hilliard) Noted! Ya learn something new everyday!
November 13, 200618 yr Bisexuality is just a rest stop on the turnpike to Gay. I find this statement offensive
November 13, 200618 yr Bisexuality is just a rest stop on the turnpike to Gay. I find this statement offensive HOW?? Are you burning the candle at both ends? Jesus, I hope you're joking, because I'm sure MyTwoSense was... Actually River......to be honest....I'm sure there are folks who have sex with men and women, they seem to always end up "gay". Nothing scientific, just based on things Ive seen in my four decades.
November 13, 200618 yr ... The "butch" gals seem to prefer a more rural lifestyle ... I was gonna' say. My mental image of lesbians (and I've known quite a few, including family members) involves a farmhouse with overgrown grass and landscaping, furnished with stuff gay men threw out, and five dogs, at least a half-dozen cats, maybe a couple of goats and some peacocks, and a 4x4 pickup with bald tires. Either that, or a trailer.

Either that, or a trailer. pssst. Rob, you forgot about the bowling league! Actually, some lesbians are like that, but lipstick lesbians are just as bad - if not worse - than gay men!
November 13, 200618 yr Bisexuality is just a rest stop on the turnpike to Gay. I find this statement offensive I know I'm pretty offended. I mean couldn't you find a more appropriate comparison. It's like an implicit endorsement of sprawl. How about a more "urban density" friendly metaphor? I'd be much less offended if you said "Bisexuality is just a light rail transfer station on the way to the Gay terminus." See, much better. BTW I'm straight. Why? Kate Beckinsale. I rest my case.
November 13, 200618 yr "Bisexuality is just a light rail transfer station on the way to the Gay terminus." I'm offended by the word, "terminus." It sounds too much like "terminal," and that's insensitive. How about, "Bisexuality is just a stop at Belmont on the way to Boystown." :-)
November 13, 200618 yr I just don't think sexuality is a black or white issue. There has to be a lot of grey, and I don't think people should be necessarily forced into either category; gay or straight. Most scientific studies indicate that the majority of the population is bisexual to some degree.

November 13, 200618 yr MTS, why do you care? Don't you think it's offensive to be judged by your sexuality? So why would you judge someone else by suggesting that who they are isn't valid - that they have to be pigeonholed one way or the other? clevelandskyscrapers.com Cleveland Skyscrapers on Instagram

So why would you judge someone else by suggesting that who they are isn't valid - that they have to be pigeonholed one way or the other? Diva - i wasn't implying that. And as a member of your team and a person of colour, HELL NO in now way do I think any person should be judged on their race, creed, color, religion as we are all individuals. People need to get to know one another on a individual bases. My question to Vulp, was why is it "offensive" to him, he never states why, just quotes a scientific study. I'm not trying to "out" or categorize anyone...since I really don't care...as long as you cool...I'm cool! Thats whats up!
November 13, 200618 yr I thought "bisexual" meant guys like me ... No, wait. I got confused. I was thinking of "ambidextrous."
March 22, 200718 yr What if you like girls and boys? Nothing wrong with that. Heck, I like both men and boys.

Most scientific studies indicate that the majority of the population is bisexual to some degree. I agree... and I also believe that sexuality can "morph" over time... I think there's a huge amount of collective denial when it comes to these bold ideas...
March 22, 200718 yr What if you like girls and boys? Nothing wrong with that. Heck, I like both men and boys. he he he.
March 24, 200718 yr i'm still waiting for dates with all five females Have you seen them? Or do you like to live life on the edge? What if you like girls and boys? Nothing wrong with that. Heck, I like both men and boys. :-o :-o alright now!
March 25, 200718 yr Straight, and now completely single! I was starting up a relationship but it really didn't work out. Hmmm, I guess urbanohio.com isn't the place to pick up girls since the poll only shows 5 so far!
March 26, 200718 yr According to Fergie: G-to the-A-to the -Y-L-I-C-I-O-U-S but unfortunately I'm single............which is probably a good thing in terms of staying focused on my education ;)

March 27, 200718 yr I see we have a lesbian in our midst. ? Not me you're referring to, I presume ? This poll has been up for a while and for the longest we've only had 5 straight females answer, then all of a sudden today, there is one lesbian tally.
April 1, 200718 yr Did you guys ever think that perhaps the Lesbian is shy? Yes, but so are us gay boys.
April 1, 200718 yr My ornamentation? Lets see..a couple of tatoos, some old piercings. Oh, orientation--let's see...lived in German Village as a kid, Victorian Village when going to OSU, Laguna Beach in my 20's, then West Hollywood, and now the Castro in San Francisco, Guess I'm easy to peg. Single. Not much market around here for an over the hill geek, but hope springs eternal.
April 4, 200718 yr ^ Are you kidding? If Mayday smells a dating thread (even an orientation-friendly one), he'll swat it down with the fury of an early Delta Burke :-D
April 4, 200718 yr That would be Dixie Carter, thank you. Or are you trying to suggest I *used* to be thin and pretty?!? :x clevelandskyscrapers.com Cleveland Skyscrapers on Instagram
April 4, 200718 yr Haha ... umm, no. I just thought that you'd bring a little more Suzanne to this particular thread than Julia. No offense intended ... I'm actually more of an annoying, fussy, controlling Allison Sugarbaker, so beat that.
April 4, 200718 yr Oh dear - she was like Scrappy-Doo to that show! And in case anyone starts taking the thread too far off-topic, there's always the private messaging option :-) clevelandskyscrapers.com Cleveland Skyscrapers on Instagram
