I believe the relevant franchisee opened TH locations in Youngstown, none of which lasted very long.  The Akron Ellet location failed.  Only the US 224 location near Springfield Lake remains.  I would think that Cleveland would be a tough doNUT to crack, as there are Dunkins up the wazoo.  Then there is the franchisee's track record.  Please correct me if the above is wrong.

 

Also, I believe the presence of many TH's around Ohio is due to their old dalliance with Wendy's with whom they were sometimes co-located.

 

 

TH managed to blitz the Columbus market during a decade-long pull-out from the local market by Dunkin'.
