December 10, 200618 yr I wonder if the moderators, could send a message to all members, asking each member to confirm that they are would like to keep their account. Give a deadline and for those that don't respond, delete the account. again i ask: does it really matter? answer: no.
December 11, 200618 yr Why would we want to delete accounts? If they feel like posting, that's fine. If they don't feel like posting, then that's fine. Regardless, they are members. "You don't just walk into a bar and mix it up by calling a girl fat" - buildingcincinnati speaking about new forumers
December 15, 200618 yr Why would we want to delete accounts? If they feel like posting, that's fine. If they don't feel like posting, then that's fine. Regardless, they are members. Thats very reassuring. :)
December 16, 200618 yr The second largest benefit to registering (besides being able to post) is that the forum can keep track of what you've read and what you haven't so it's easier to find out what's new each time you log on. That's probably one reason why people are registering and not posting.
December 16, 200618 yr oh, and why is my position 367'-National City Bank? If you've noticed...as you post more, you move up in stars, as well as, tower affiliation. Your status as National City Bank right now reflects where you stand on the posting spectrum (ie I am Freedom Tower, the tallest bldg in the US and the highest status on the forum).

December 18, 200618 yr The system rewards one-word-posts and newspaper article spamming. There, post fixed.
December 18, 200618 yr Well LAH-dee-DAH! Sorry to bore you but, I was responding to a question SlipperyFish had about the forum...I'll leave it to you next time to field the questions. The system rewards one-liners and newspaper article postings. Yeah...its always nice to see the 'nice pics', 'i agree', & 'cool shots' comments...but as for newspaper articles..those are good pieces of information to have on the forum. Not to mention, it is not some simple belching out of a few words. It takes effort to scan through multiple news sources and then take the time to share them with this forum...maybe you weren't speaking of me (post many news articles)...but I would think that both grasscat and myself would say that we put in some time finding the articles for this forum to discuss.

(Merely messing with you, unky-rando)
December 18, 200618 yr the day anyone seriously starts worrying about post counts and their comparison to their peers is truly a sad one.
October 8, 200717 yr Half of them are my aliases. All those the times you got all charged up on Red Bulls and viagra and posted as C-Dawg, those were the BEST!
