February 27, 20178 yr My company is doing the concrete work for the Amazon HQ and it's nuts. I'm glad I'm not the one responsible for that project.
February 28, 20178 yr Oh cool - I'm sure your company is doing very well right now if they are working with Amazon or have a lock on downtown Seattle :). So much opportunity now and over the last 5 years, if you know where to look!
April 2, 20178 yr You keep doing you, Pittsburgh. “To an Ohio resident - wherever he lives - some other part of his state seems unreal.”

April 18, 20178 yr ^ Nice. I saw Mothersbaugh speak at the Woodward Theater in Cincinnati when Myopia was on display at the CAC.
May 4, 20178 yr busts of Beethoven in Central Park... ...and one of my favorite composers, Dvorak, in Stuyvesant Square. He lived in a townhouse in the distance (obviously not visible) through the fence, while living in New York for a while. No plaque on it, but it's owned (I think) by Beth Israel Hospital, which surrounds the east side of the park-- http://www.mainstreetpainesville.org/
June 27, 20177 yr Looks like you got "clear" skies. "You don't just walk into a bar and mix it up by calling a girl fat" - buildingcincinnati speaking about new forumers
June 28, 20177 yr Looks like you got "clear" skies. Haha, it's true. Very few are wearing masks and overall it's pretty nice. I've been told next month they'll start getting heavy smog.

June 29, 20177 yr Fun times on the islands with the fam and YIKES to Beijing after-shot. "You don't just walk into a bar and mix it up by calling a girl fat" - buildingcincinnati speaking about new forumers
June 29, 20177 yr ^ haha you got that right ours too. we have had very nice weather out here for awhile lately glad to see you all caught some of it -- and beijing -- very cool pix, but yoicks!
June 29, 20177 yr ^a little too hot and humid for me on Friday and Saturday, but Sunday and Monday (when we went to the islands) had near perfect weather.
June 30, 20177 yr That Ellis Island museum is truly one of the best I've ever been to. It's great how it's "on location" in that we have an immigration museum right where the immigration occurred as opposed to some building somewhere else. Some cool Cleveland stuff in there too.
July 4, 20177 yr We have all passed by The Fountain of Eternal Life sculpture on Cleveland's Mall A but here is a perspective you have probably not seen. From @aerialagents.
July 5, 20177 yr Ah Ellis Island -- where many of our last names got butchered forever. Hard to butcher a four letter name too badly, but my mom's side of the family ended up with two different spellings.
July 26, 20177 yr Jean-Michel Basquiat and Andy Warhol, Port Authority Bus Terminal http://www.mainstreetpainesville.org/
July 31, 20177 yr my favorite part of this picture is the letter "O" which shows the Louis Vuitton logo. Everyone is welcome to buy fake illegal designer handbags on Canal St! http://www.mainstreetpainesville.org/
August 1, 20177 yr my favorite part of this picture is the letter "O" which shows the Louis Vuitton logo. Everyone is welcome to buy fake illegal designer handbags on Canal St! The middle part of that sign does not advertise a Chinese pimp. #IStandCorrected
August 3, 20177 yr my favorite part of this picture is the letter "O" which shows the Louis Vuitton logo. Everyone is welcome to buy fake illegal designer handbags on Canal St! The middle part of that sign does not advertise a Chinese pimp. #IStandCorrected I didn't realize how subversive this sign was until I looked at it more closely. The "W" shows fire coming out of a wheel well of a Fung Wah bus, one of those notorious Chinatown "transportation" companies that ran super cheap buses mostly between New York and Boston. As a result of so many safety violations (to put it mildly) it was forced out of business a couple of years ago. :police: I'm going to have to dissect more of this. The dragon in the "I" is the logo of the Chinatown Ice Cream Factory, but I don't know the significance of the mortarboard hovering over its head; and the Nom Wah Tea Parlor ("N") is a historic, old-style dim sum restaurant that was refashioned a few years ago and is now trendy. http://www.mainstreetpainesville.org/
