Excellent pictures!

Where did you take the first picture from?  The angle doesn't look right for Mt. Echo, even though it is obviously taken from the west/south west.

From Rivers____ (forgot the second part) Apartments/Condos in Covington.

I hate you.

great shots!  Covington looks fantastic in those.  I've probably said it before, but I believe that if the Pike/Madison area were located in any almost any other major city in the US, it would be one of its most sought after neighborhoods.  It's coming around, but very, very, very slowly.

WOW!!!!  Those are some crisp photos!!!  Santa was nice indeed.

wow!  unreal background detail in some of those.  Is that the Hughes HS tower jutting out in the distance behind Carew in those cityscape shots?

wonderful, wonderful thread.

I think the last shot is fantastic, very unusual perspective. That lense's depth of focus plays tricks on the eye.

wow!  unreal background detail in some of those.  Is that the Hughes HS tower jutting out in the distance behind Carew in those cityscape shots?

wonderful, wonderful thread.

Yes, that is Hughes...from KENTUCKY!!!

Racist.

merry christmas to US !

The Carew in all its glory.

It appears that your Christmas gift is one that we will all be enjoying for quite some time. ;)

Beautiful shots Chris.  Is that the Sigma 28-300mm lens with Canon mount?

Yes.

Wow - I somehow missed this amidst the holiday chaos (I'm still catching up on December threads on some boards...)...wow...that stuff just looks astonishing!  You utterly rock...

Cool.
