Posted January 2, 200718 yr 2006 was a busy year for me in terms of travel. It felt that I was on the road more than I was in town. Here is a summary of the photos I took of Cincinnati throughout 2006. The rest can be found at www.cincyimages.com. And last but not least... Hope you enjoyed!
January 2, 200718 yr What is this from...certainly not the UO Cincy Meet!!! I've never seen such a large group of suburbanites in a inner-city neighborhood before!!! Is this some kind of architecture tour??
January 2, 200718 yr LOL, what tells you they are suburbanite? Rando, come on... do you really not know what event that was?
January 2, 200718 yr Fantastic photos, as always. Are you going to do a non-Cincy 2006 photo thread wrap-up as well?
January 2, 200718 yr LOL, what tells you they are suburbanite? Rando, come on... do you really not know what event that was? Well as for my suburbanite observation...that would come from the overwhelmingly caucasion turnout for the event!!!! The city is much more diverse than that, and these appear to be your typical baby boomers from the 'burbs (it should be a branding image or something...lol). Should I know the event!?!?!? I am befuddled right now...please enlighten me :wtf:
January 2, 200718 yr ^OHHHHH WAIT!!!!!!!!!! I know now what the event is!!!!! It is the ceremonious stair climb in Mt. Adams for that church, done around Easter...right??
January 2, 200718 yr I was going to say the turnout was for the martha stewart book signing.. :-) LOL I kid! But great photos!!
January 3, 200718 yr My mouth dropped seeing these pics. Then it dropped again that Randy of all people didn't know what that event was.
January 3, 200718 yr No need for apology; you should be apologizing to yourself for injuring your Cincinnati authority status.
January 3, 200718 yr Stunning work. Stunning. ^sorry  Tsk tsk. "You don't just walk into a bar and mix it up by calling a girl fat" - buildingcincinnati speaking about new forumers
January 3, 200718 yr I (with a capital I) knew that that was walking the steps in Mt. Auburn and I'm from WAAAY far away. Then again, huge catholic family... my grandparents go to it... maybe I have an advantage. Lol... its funny that they're giving you such a hard time
January 3, 200718 yr Lol... its funny that they're giving you such a hard time I've totally lost all credibility (although I did figure it out without any help)...I'm going to hide in a corner now
January 3, 200718 yr Monte - your images are fantastic. Thanks for sharing and bringing us "expats" closer to home. Best wishes in 07.

January 3, 200718 yr Just make sure it isn't a corner in the DAAP building. They are evil, pure evil. Not only does that not make sense...but it further highlights your obsession with the bldg. Every time I turn around I hear DAAP bldg this...DAAP bldg that out of you. You know what you and the DAAP bldg can have your moments...just do it private please.
