January 7, 200718 yr I love this New River Gorge bridge...really beautiful! I went white water rafting a few years ago and remember going underneath this gorgeous structure. Apparently they also allow people to base jump off of the bridge at select times...very cool. And a BAH goes to a pic of Brooklyn Bridge and Golden Gate with no corresponding pic of their prototype (Roebling Bridge, Cincy). Thx for the pics, I love bridges...any more??
January 8, 200718 yr Great pictures. I've never seen the Calatrava bridge up close before. Can you see below to the water? It looks like it has a glass deck.
January 8, 200718 yr From what I can remember, it is an opaque glass deck. We crossed that on our way to see Frank Ghery's Guggenheim museum. https://www.instagram.com/cle_and_beyond/https://www.instagram.com/jbkaufer/
January 23, 200718 yr Lucca, Italy is an interesting city. The city is within a fortress like wall and several bell towers have trees growing on top of them. https://www.instagram.com/cle_and_beyond/https://www.instagram.com/jbkaufer/
