January 11, 200718 yr Oh, consider that enjoyed! You have such a great style - I love the stuff you choose to take shots of. And nothing makes one feel cooler than seeing some house, completely out of context, and being able to place it. It makes you feel like an Absolute Master Of All! Thank you so much! Yay!
January 11, 200718 yr Interesting shot of the Taft Your nature pictures are great. I generally dismiss flower shots but I really like yours.
January 11, 200718 yr You should publish a calendar featuring a selection of your photos... I'm sure it would be at least as good as any other Cincy calendar out there.
January 11, 200718 yr It is amazing how many of those I remember. 2006 was a great year for grasscat!
January 12, 200718 yr you SHOULD do a calender. id buy it! Lol; thats really not a bad idea. I looked at a couple Cincinnati calendars this year and all they had were the typical shots--Union Terminal, Ft. Square, the Zoo, the Reds and Bengals, etc--which are fine, but personally I'd rather see something a little more interesting.
January 12, 200718 yr I haven't thought about it before...but should they replace the Brent Spence with an architecturally dynamic bridge...then it would make the skyline that much better!!!
January 12, 200718 yr Super shots! I love cities on hills and in valleys. "In the souls of the people the grapes of wrath are filling and growing heavy, growing heavy for the vintage." -- John Steinbeck
January 12, 200718 yr Thanks, everybody. Re: calendar...I think I'll stick with starting a website/blog first. At some point in the future it would be cool to do a book or a calendar or something. I'd probably have to upgrade my equipment to produce photo-quality images, though.
January 13, 200718 yr I haven't thought about it before...but should they replace the Brent Spence with an architecturally dynamic bridge...then it would make the skyline that much better!!! Uhhh, that's the Clay Wade bridge in front of PBS. I would love to see that bridge disappear. With it there it makes a "architecturally dynamic" Brent Spence kind of unnecessary.
January 16, 200718 yr Damn. "You don't just walk into a bar and mix it up by calling a girl fat" - buildingcincinnati speaking about new forumers
January 17, 200718 yr Is the last one taken in the vicinity of PrimaVista, in East Price Hill (or upper- lower price hill)?
January 19, 200718 yr ^ Sorry I didn't get back to you quickly. Yes, that's where that shot was taken. It was taken at that little park where the Incline used to be, next to Queens Tower.
