July 5, 200618 yr Anybody have any updates on this project? The tower portion of the building is supposedly being renovated, but there still are some occupied apartments in the portion of the building that extends along Elm Street. I looked at one of the apartments in May and asked someone from Wilson Enterprises about the tower. She said they were originally hoping to have them renovated and open by the downtown tour of living, but things have been pushed back. She remained optimistic about the final project, explaining to me that the renovated units would be sold as condos starting in the 170's or 180's (with lots of upgrades available) or rented as luxury apartments. Whenever I walk by, it seems as if there is some work going on in the tower, but not much. This is a really cool building with a cool elevator. I was told the elevator was one of the oldest operating elevators in Cincinnati.
