Posted January 19, 200718 yr For anyone that can handle DGN files (Microstation V8) ODOT has published County Maps, that show all roads (DOT, county, city and local roads), streams, rail lines, boundaries, place names etc. They are sorted by ODOT district. I think some GIS apps handle DGN files Cin = District 8 Cbus = 6 Cle = 12 Day = 7 Akron = 4 http://www.dot.state.oh.us/cadd/CountyMaps/
January 20, 200718 yr I was just wishing I had Microstation V8 on my computer. What does that make me?

January 21, 200718 yr We use those maps all the time at work. We mostly use them for showing project locations on out title sheets. I wish I had Microstation V8 and GeoPak on my home computer so I could do some work here instead of in the office, guess that makes me a "Wannabe Nerd"
January 21, 200718 yr No, just an underequipped nerd. I haven't unleashed any my L33T haxor skilzs yet, but anybody know if I could open these in Adobe Photoshop or another non-Microstation application? Regardless, I remain teh winnar.
January 21, 200718 yr i added them into my ArcView but they weren't geographically referenced so I couldn't really do anything with them except look.

January 22, 200718 yr If you're working in Microstation V7 then you'll have to set your global origin (based on what county you're looking at), but if you're in V8 then it doesn't matter
