June 8, 200718 yr I wonder if this is the best space in the building. If so, the builder needs to take a tour of OTR and see how rehab is supposed to be done. If you're referring to the rehabs by Baum et al, I disagree. The "raw edgy" look of those is already tired IMO, and will prove to be just as lasting as the 70s-80s rehabs they're replacing. There is fantastic work going on in OTR, no doubt. But it's getting to the point where if someone wants to live in the neighborhood but isn't into exposed electrical outlets and ductwork, they're out of luck. Oh, and if I may, I'd like to reiterate my disdain for what they've done with that building. The brackets and windows alone should lead to the firing of someone.
