Name: The Clevelander

Location: 223 New Jersey Street, Indianapolis, IN

Completion Date: July 2003

Investment: $8 Million

Description: The first downtown, new construction, mid-rise condominium project leading to the urban revival of downtown Indianapolis' residential market. This project sold out in less than 18 months and led to subsequent projects including The Packard and The Alten.

The Clevelander, with its mixture of 45 one-bedroom condominiums and townhomes appeals to single, young, urban professionals and empty nesters alike. Beautiful Kahrs® hardwood floors lead to spacious open concept rooms with nine-foot ceilings, walk-in closets and a gourmet kitchen which features granite countertops and French doors. The Clevelander offers sophisticated urban living and luxury like no other!

There's a nice art deco hotel in South Beach that goes by the Clevelander as well.

yeah, that one is an ocean drive institution for partying.

i was just wondering if any formers knew of the indy building since many live fairly close to indy. looks like a real nice rehab project for that city.

Three and a half stories is mid-rise? And a small building like that leads to downtown urban revival? Uh, OK.
