Posted February 24, 200520 yr Plan to build upscale condos gets OK By Denise Wilson Post staff reporter A development company has been given the green light to build an upscale seven-unit condominium project on South Grand Avenue in Fort Thomas. The city's Board of Adjustment approved a variance Tuesday 4-0 to allow WWS Real Estate to build the condos, which will range in price from $370,000 to $410,000, at 514 South Grand, on the southeast corner of Grand and Tremont avenues, said Fort Thomas Building Inspector and Zoning Administrator Ralph Hopper. The variance was approved after Fort Thomas-based WWS agreed to move the project closer to Grand Avenue and farther away from a home east of the site, he said. October 23, 200519 yr 400k for a condo is kinda steep no matter how you look at it. I mean i guess the association fee would be 1k a month? wow.
