Does anyone know of any websites that list unique properties for sale (churches, schools, etc.) in Cleveland?

Thanks!

I don't, but I'd bet that Progressive Urban would be your best bet. Well, actually I guess you're looking for non residential properties. Nope, can't help ya.

I have no clue on schools and churches (although if you find anything, please post it ... I'd be interested in that), but for industrial buildings, you might try Midtown Cleveland (http://www.midtowncleveland.org/discover.asp) or Team NEO (http://www.neogis.org/). You might also call the Catholic Diocese to see if they have a list of vacant properties ... 800.869.6525. You might also try Retail Spaces Cleveland (www.retailspacescleveland.com), although I don't remember any unusual properties on that website.

Does anyone know the status of Cleveland's land bank search engine (http://cd.city.cleveland.oh.us/scripts/db_details.php?db=landbank)? It's been down since before Jackson was elected. If that ever gets up and running, you might be able to search for special properties there.

Try these:

I didn't see any churches on those sites, but listed at the site directly above, I found this fascinating building at 4296 Warner Rd.....

W 11th building is kinda funky cool. Unique for sale, offhand I can think of there is the triangle shaped building prospect and bolivar, and the old cadillac building on chester and E 30th. There are also myriads of warehouse buildings for sale in the cleveland area, any of KJP's lnks should assist you.

Is that Cimperman in on the right?

What in the blue hell does he have on?

Isn't Costar by subscription only?

Better not be. He's got some wrinkles and bad eyesight. How do I know he's got bad eyesight? LOOK AT THOSE PANTS!

Cimperman, nah.  It looks like Elton John to me ;)

I'm praying to the fashion Gods (once again) for that man  :|  those pants were just wrong!  They didn't somebody tell hm he looked like a hot mess before left his house?!  Does he friends?  lawd!

The Cadillac building at the corner of E. 30th and Chester is amazing! It's on the historic registars list and is priced around 1.7-2.1 million. There is another 4 story warehouse/office combo building on Perkins and E. 33rd (one building over from me) and it's asking is like $700,000 and it'd make for one hell of a conversion building.

I love that barbershop I posted above. Looks like it filled an alley! I'd buy it to start a business but live on a cot in a back room!

Thanks everyone for your ideas.

I think you're talking about this one ... my dream building. Anyone have $820,000 they wanna loan me (actually, I could probably pull together $1,000, so I'll just need the remaining $819,000).

I have a unique building for sale; it's not a church but a former power transfer station in Ohio City. It was 'born' in 1924, cool brickwork, currently used as a live/work space for an artist who wants to consolidate into one building; if you are interested you can email me at [email protected]

I don't wanna do a whole lot of advertising here so not including any pics or anything. If you want to drive by it? It's at the corner of W. 29th and Church Streets in the heart of Ohio City.

I forgot to add that this building is zoned commercial, residential and light industrial.

Carolcohen,

check out the Ohio City thread. Someone was asking about this building.

Do you know who, if anyone, is marketing the Clinton Courts project?

Ok, I'll try to find the Ohio City thread lol.  Some day I will not be 'new' here! As for Clinton Cts., you mean 38th Street? I believe that is Rizer or Riser (not sure of spelling) they do their own marketing. The restaurant called Halite at 28th and Clinton is for sale and Ohio City Townhomes at (I think) 32nd and Clinton?

Thank you!

and actually it's Rysar
