The population was 3,015 at the 2000 census. The city is the county seat of Carroll County Wikipedia Like Logansport, there is a very high hispanic population (over 12%) due to the large farming operations and meat processing plants in the area. Seemed to be a quiet little town.

February 9, 200718 yr Nice! I never realized Delphi had so many great old commercial buildings. In that respect, it sort of ties in with nearby Lafayette, where a lot of the buildings have been restored and are in use.
