Great pics as always! That infill looks really interesting.

Harrison Park is great, almost every home is convincing!

Great pics!!!

Ditto on the HP infill. Solid!

Interesting angle on that last one, but you left out a few buildings.

Nevertheless, great pictures (as always).

Harrison Park is great, almost every home is convincing!

Great pics!!!

The buildings need a little more diversity in architecture and color, but much better than traditional suburban crap. Hopefully we will see more of this type of development in the region.

Pretty decent stuff.

Noticed that some of the houses looked a bit similar but much better than the cookie-cutter-crap I usually come across.  Definitely better than the no-talent/no-thought junk too.

Nice pics...oh and those Cincy ones make me feel like I was right there with you

I agree. Just varying the style of the porch colums and railings would do a lot to help that.

Columbus has many projects doing the type of housing infill demonstrated in the Harrison West infill.

It is interesting, some infill in cities like Indianapolis seems to use so much siding.  I was just in Toronoto and there was no siding at all just brick.  Columbus is a big fan of brick all over the innercity, has been since late 1800s and still is today.  Most of the infill is usually a pretty decent quality here.

The similarity among the houses is fairly typical of some of the older neighborhoods I'm familiar with. The infill looks pretty good, and typically dense. As some trees and shrubs grow in, the area will look very established.

Expectedly excellent!

Forgive my ignorance of Columbus neighborhoods, but where is Harrison West and that infill?

Notice the Trolly Car System along Front and High Streets as well as over the Broad Street Bridge.

Nice.

When most people think of Columbus they don't usually think of the old neighborhoods and I think people understimate their character but you do a good job of exposing it.

They remind me alot of Indianapolis, no wonder their twin cities!

Expectedly excellent!

South of Dennison Place (aka yuppie Ohio State); West of the Victorian Village (aka Neil Avenue); East of the Olentangy River; and north of I-670.

I agree... 8/10 ... solid effort!

Interesting shots!

hw is a nice area, but when are we getting the suburban M/I homes neighborhoods threads?

I think Harrison Park has much better looking infill then that stuff going up along Summit St. in the Italian Village. And I'm sure if The Jefferies ever gets completed it will be even better then HP.

There's too much Michigan in those photos. I saw a Michigan Ave. sign and a Michigan license plate. Blur that shit out next time. :)

I'll try, but I found it hilarious that a Michigan plate had SUV on it.

Great pictures, thank you for venturing out in the cold to take those....unless they were all taken from the car.

No, they were actually outside.  I did park the car and get out ;).
