April 15, 200718 yr Didn't know where else to post this --- considering a move to Cleveland/OC/Detroit Shoreway. Does the city have a recycling program? Is it a curbside program or are there drop off points? Thanks!

The city is getting ready to reinstitute curbside recycling, although I don't remember the time table ... I think 2007 through 2009. Luckily for you, it is slated to start up on the West Side and then come to scale on the East Side.
