By the way this Memphis is in MI   Just thought I'd trick everyone into looking at my thread.

BAH!

"You don't just walk into a bar and mix it up by calling a girl fat" - buildingcincinnati speaking about new forumers

You did a good job tricking me. I was just about to post how I thought Memphis looked like such a small town in your pics and then I get to the end and..... :-D

Nice pics.

ah you bum! I was excited to see the town that I lived in from 02 til 05.  :)

Donkey basketball?  How does that work?  I can imagine a donkey kicking a field goal (thanks to Hollywood), but not shooting hoops or dribbling (thanks again, Hollywood (this time sarcastically for their lack of imagination(really they should have forseen this possibility))).

Here's how it works: you've got a girl, probably drunk, or stoned on some sort of powerful tranquilizer. Then you've got this donkey. He's all worked up and ready to go--

You know, I've really got to start reading these comments more closely.

Like most of you, I was expecting the city linked to Elvis, and when I saw pictures with snow I was like, what?

Given the lighted left turn only sign in the seventh picture, I will venture to guess this Memphis is in Michigan.

At first I was like, this part of Memphis looks very small towny, and then I see the water tower and all the pieces came together. Well, they both have buildings...that's about it for similarities.

I too was like wtf? this is what Memphis looks like!? The snow also threw me off...

^ Memphis never sees snow (except for last year), a lot of ice storms though.

This thread tricked me the first time around... and it just tricked me again.  Shame on me this time...  I suppose.

Memphis, TN gets snow.  I've been there when it's snowed.  It's not cute.

Glad to see I am still tricking people :)

Memphis does not snow. lol ... maybe a dusting and a hell of a lot of ice.

Gawd dammit.

I knew it wasn't Tenn.. I could tell from the types of trees. ;-)

you could immediately tell by the architecture as well....

... and because no photos resemble this:

I"ve been wanting to go visit Memphis, but these photos just knocked the city down on my travel list several spots.
