I'll be 42 in less than a month, and just now starting to hold the newspaper a little farther away to read it! Also been noticing a slowdown in the beer consumption category...which was for many years damn near legendary. C'est la vie.

I know that's MY plan! :drunk: My alcohol consumption decreased markedly as soon as I became legal. Now I'm completely out of practice - one or two beers and I either fall asleep or get unruly. There's no way of predicting which will happen; either way I guess I'm not what you'd call a cheap date - at least not a fun cheap date.

July 8, 200816 yr I am <gulp> 39. In about 6 months, I'll turn 40. I didnt handle turning 30 very well (i.e. I went into hiding for a week). Dont know how I'll handle 40 yet. I dont feel almost 40. Even as overweight as I am, I'm in the best shape of my life (I've lost over 100lbs and go to the gym 4 days a week currently). So.. bring on the 40's... maybe
