Since we are seeing "demographic" polls on this subforum, here is a new one.

You could do a few more over $100k say up to $500k

I'm basing this on groupings at a wiki site, so I can do a comparsion with the results here with results from a census econonic survey.

oh ok.  cool beans!

This thread is being reopened - it was locked because in the past (on other forums I've moderated), threads like this can get really off-track and ugly. However, Jeffrey is just looking for demographic info so I'll allow it. However, I would caution everyone that this thread will be closely watched. Thank you, and we return you to your original programming :-)

Y'all be broke-ass doodie heads!!

(Is that ugly enough for you?)

Is it possible to modify it so that I can change my catagory?

Did you get a promotion or were you fired?

^I remembered that my mother has a job.

Only KOOW...only KOOW!  Somebody lead a prayer for this child!

There are a number of possible responses to that statement that would definitely get things ugly and off track, so I will refrain.

Amen.

MayDay stopped our fun! ):

More like an exorcism, I think.

I should clarify that I am going to just collect poll results for about a week or so, then put them into a chart comparing the results here with some census results.

It was more curiousity to see how the online community here compares with the general public.  I'm not interested in peoples household incomes...how much your family makes individually...but in the aggregate.

There is a theory that people online skew to higher brackets, so I was doing an informal poll here to see if that theory holds here.

^At present rate, it appears we're a fairly well-heeled lot. Bully for us!

Can you add a category for negative numbers?

I only generate Canadian income.

You want a depressing stat? How much do we have in the bank. That'll knock us off our fat little pocketbooks.
