Look what I found available for sale.  If these units were developed right someone could turn around a struggling corner.  Any ideas on what could be located here??

Hmm...interesting - 2456 and 2458 Gilbert used to have at least half a dozen residents who were on the Hamilton County sex offender list - but looking through that just now, there are none in that building.  Interesting...

I hate realtors! There is a building in downtown Middletown listed "great location for check cashers or pawn shop."
