April 9, 200718 yr Interesting...if you have $200,000 to buy it, why not find a nearby lot and have it moved?, you'd get out cheaper in the end. I can't imagine a suburban supermarket and gas station would be too appealing to live next to, either.
April 9, 200718 yr The trick is finding a lot in a neighborhood with homes from about the same era. Neat looking house and not a bad deal if you can keep the moving costs down.
