I did a search on progressive urban real estate in Cleveland and found 11 condos for sale at 408 W St. Clair (Grand Arcade). This does not appear to be a new construction. Anyone know why so many for sale?

i think that there were some major repairs and a large assessment to each of the condo owners.  since the prices were relatively low and the condo fees low as well, i think the new assessment priced a few people out of the building.

Also, there are a total of 90 residental units in the building...but still, maybe urbanlife has the best guess.

I had heard that there were some expensive roor repairs that led to the assessment.
