Posted April 20, 200718 yr Does anyone in C-Bus know of a mansion that sits almost adjacent to Dublin, that is 41,000 s.f.? I believe it is either brand new, or "newer", but I am not certain (I doubt there are many 41,000 s.f. homes around). A real estate source I know just did an appraisal on it and it came out at $15 million. He also said a famous rock star, who is now solo and used to be part of a group is buying the place. My question is, does anyone know this place (and have a pic) or have any idea who the musician/singer might be?

April 23, 200718 yr There are a few areas close to Dublin that may fit what you are talking about. Off of Henderson Road and Bethel Roads, where Sawmill Road begins, there resides an exclusive cluster of homes (which I find very surprising, because that area is not known for its upscale housing choices!). Anyways, there are streets around there, called Squires Ridge, Squirrel Bend, and a few others which have very large homes. If it is not this area, then I know there are some rather large homes of off Dublin Road immediately south of Olde Towne Dublin. Hope this helps. If not, try the Franklin County Auditors website of Franklin County Real Estate. That site lists pretty much every home, as well as relevant information, in the county.
April 30, 200718 yr Probably. He used to live in the German Village but left recently. I suppose he moved out to Dublin... "You don't just walk into a bar and mix it up by calling a girl fat" - buildingcincinnati speaking about new forumers

May 3, 200718 yr would that be the home of eric clapton and his columbus wife? I just heard on the radio that he is married to a Columbus girl and that they do maintain a home there and immediately thought this may be their house, but I still have no idea for sure.
