Posted January 13, 200421 yr Not that huge...but it's good news Eagle Realty Group said its new Sixth & Race apartment community is expected to be ready for occupancy in early February. The downtown Cincinnati complex, which sits atop a soon-to-open Walgreen's drug store, is comprised of 30 apartments that range in monthly rent from $695 to $1,125. It includes one- and two-bedroom units from 677 square feet to 1,140 square feet, according to a news release. The apartments include wiring for high-speed Internet and 9-foot ceilings, and a fitness center and business center are available in the complex. Lloyd Cobble, Midwest district manager for Eagle, said the company has seen a lot of interest in the project and has some leases already signed. He also said tenant parking is available with residential rates at the Gramercy Garage on Seventh Street, as well as the lot at Sixth and Elm streets.
January 13, 200421 yr It's very encouraging to see this kind of development. I can't wait until this year's downtown housing tour. Stupidly, I missed last year's. Sixth & Race is a great location, so close to everything...
