I would love a desktop version of the picture you are using for your avatar...Knox County Poorhouse??

I added the Poorhouse for ya. It's in the desktops section

Gorgeous.

Wow, this is pretty ridiculous. I'm having trouble comprehending these pictures...I'm speechless...

These are the baddest pictures I've ever seen! So what's your technique for such dramatic shots? Maybe you can just give me one sentence to propell my photo skills to your level. That's all it would take, right?

"Baddest" meaning "goodest"?

They are terrific. The colors are outstanding and the black-and-whites very moody.

Dear Christ.

Fantastic composition, great colors, and welcome!

Welcome! And darn cool!

Thank you so much guys. I use a technique involving High Dynamic Range (HDR) which is basically 3 different exposures merged together, then I photoshop the hell out of them. I did a whole tutorial a while back on opacity.com.

You can also check out more HDR shots of verious things on my main portfolio site http://www.IdeaAttic.com

I don't mean to advertise my sites, I just love sharing photography techniques. Also I've posted a lot before about photography on my blog, here are the goods: http://the-bob-blog.blogspot.com/search?q=HDR

Hope this helps!!

You are the Ansel Adams of industrial debris. Really, you should look int having art prints made and framed. I haven't figured out the marketing yet, though. That's your problem. ;)

super sweet job

I already do sell my images, (that's why there isn't a good selection of backgrounds on my site).

If anyones interested in a certain print let me know.

Thanks for the wallpapers homie d:]

Wow, amazing stuff, thanks for sharing.
