Upscale Apartment Complex Planned for Gahanna

As Columbus suburb Gahanna continues to evolve, one question lingers: What’s next for the city’s residential landscape?

Enter Elliot Parc.

It’s a 252-unit upscale apartment complex, situated on Morse Road east of Hamilton Road in Gahanna. While there’s no set address yet, it’ll likely be in the 5300 block.

Elliot Parc will feature a blend of suburban charm with upscale amenities, said Adam Trautner, vice president of The Stonehenge Company, the site’s developer.

Gahanna developer building 251-unit high-end apartment complex on Morse Road

"A 251-unit high-end apartment complex is coming to Morse Road as central Ohio clamors for more housing.

Elliott Parc is under construction on a nearly 14-acre undeveloped site southwest of Morse Road and Preserve Crossing Boulevard. The complex, which is within the city of Gahanna and Gahanna-Jefferson Public Schools, is being built by Gahanna-based developer The Stonehenge Co.

The complex will have a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments in 11 three-story buildings. Complex amenities include a clubhouse with fitness center and community rooms, pool, dog park, rain gardens and constructed wetlands, according to site plans. The development will have two access points on Morse Road, with a right turn lane into the development added to Morse Road, site plans show."

Nice, making Morse even worse of an experience haha. I don’t think they will ever be able to fix the mess that is Morse.

Gahanna lays groundwork for proposed mixed-use development

The city of Gahanna has approved a pre-annexation agreement that would pave the way for a potential mixed-use project.

The agreement between Columbus-based developer Trivium Development and property owners Jimmie and Darlene Toney allows for the annexation of two residential sites into Gahanna from Jefferson Township. The parcels total 8 acres and are located at 4722 and 4736 E. Johnstown Road.

Trivium is planning a commercial and multifamily project on the properties, which it is in contract to purchase from the current owners. A site plan submitted to the city shows 121 one- and two-bedroom apartment units and an 8,400-square-foot commercial building for restaurants and retailers. Also included in the proposal are 232 parking spaces.
