July 11, 200717 yr Now, if they can just figure out the concept of actually putting a plow on the pavement when it snows! In 21 years living in Clintonville, I have seen a snow plow with the blade down exactly twice. The rest of the time these road aces just spread salt & sand.... and we're stuck with huge ruts in frozen snow until the Spring thaw. I'll believe the improvement when I see it.
