New Cincinnati PAC to support urban life

Cincinnati Business Courier - 2:15 PM EDT Tuesday, July 10, 2007

A group of young professionals is forming a political action committee to support leaders who want to make the city a destination for the "creative class."

CincyPAC is aimed at "promoting the candidacies of leaders who are committed to vibrant arts and entertainment, affordable housing and economic development, crime prevention and quality education in the city of Cincinnati and surrounding neighborhoods," according to a news release...

Those are all issues that are not exclusive to the "creative class". I'd like to know who exactly what candidates they support and don't support and why; because it sounds like another group formed as an excuse for yuppies to get together and have drinks.

Sounds good to me!  I'd go to a similar ColsPAC meeting if someone wants to form it (hint:  David).
