Mot of the characters seem ok for older characters.

The little red haired girls is seriously hot.

But I don't think I like Schroeder. He never struck me as the broody type.

I can’t believe so many of you are in favor of the destruction such a classic cartoon.  Some things in the world just shouldn’t ever be remade.  As comic strips go...I think Peanuts in one of these things.

It's not a destruction - it's an homage, a tangent, an appreciation, an interpretation...let a thousand flowers bloom, maaaannn...

well at least they portrayed peppermint patty AKA "Sir" properly!  Boy did she come out of the closet!  :-D

I see it as kind of like Star Trek, the "remake" is a continuation.  These are older characters, as Lucy makes clear.  :evil:

While this isn't a remake (just someones hobby in redrawing the characters for fun), I do think the current Peanuts gang is irrelevant to the interests of today's youth.  As sad as that may be, I for some reason think that the development of these drawings into something like a television series would be highly successful.  Nothing wrong with the coexistence of both.  Besides, I'm not in favor of reviving the Peanuts cartoon with original characters.  It's signature work of Charles Shultz, and I'm happier that the series ended on such a high note, remaining popular to the very end.  And it should stay that way.
