Anyone willing to share, or at least point me in a good direction for pictures of cars and people from before 1950.

Ebay is always good, go the the category "photographic images", then go to the search and type "Black White." You will have hundreds to choose from.

I don't think I have any but there's usually a classic car show or two around this time of year.  I'll keep you in mind.

 

EDIT: Or did you mean that you want the photos themselves to be pre-1950?
