I'm in a farm field.

I'm not being a wiseacre -- I'm in farmland preservation, which is one of the reasons I care so much about urban revitalization.

I'm a Slugabed.

Well, I guess I'm doing another summer at an architecture firm.  Nothing wrong with that, I love designing buildings.  Because I made no attempts to look for any planning jobs, I guess I'll have to wait till next year.

Banking - Federal Reserve

My dissertation is on Philadelphia in the 1960s and 1970s and some of the 1980s. I'm looking out how the changes in city (crime, schools, riots, changing neighborhoods) created a narrative of urban decline that resulted in the alienation of many Americans from the core cities. I'm particularly focusing on the Jews and Catholics in Philly during that era.

I'm disenfranchised from voting because you don't have 'paranormal investigator' or anything related, listed.

attorney

There's a lot of attorneys and law students on here.

Have you ever looked at a hospital? Does it appear that those people are interested in urban form?

I work in a hospital. (Pharmacy student)

at the moment i don't have one category so here are my present jobs:

1.  program coordinator for non-profit agency for seniors

2.  part time gig in customer service

3.  contracted worker/student, studying non-profit arts management (the ultimate goal and hence the work with Independent Pictures/Ohio Independent Film Festival)

i used to work in a hospital, on a psych unit, if that makes anyone feel better about the absence of hospital/medical field workers here :)

I need to change mine to professional job seeker.

Me - Financial Industry

Wife - Recruiter (much of it in the graphic design, ad agency, and branding world)

She does not - she was with a company for awhile and has been on her own for the past 8 or so years.

I am a college student. Ideally, I would like to have a career that mixes Urban Planning and Marketing. Economic Development perhaps? I also think that a job as a Retail Analyst sounds interesting, but I don't know much about that field.

Some more of my dream jobs include: a MTV VJ (or any other job where I could talk about entertainment and interview famous people) or a Beauty Editor for a major magazine. I like to keep my options open :-).
