*** there it is....some sleepy sunday morning can tone ***

Good shots. Canton looks like it's making a comeback, and has a reasonably clean attractive downtown but without much street life.

No pic of Heggy's Chocolates? Yum!

What is that last building?

Nice photos, I've always liked Canton.

It's the northern Springfield!

Pshaw.  Canton is waaaaaaay classier than Springfield.  :-P

Yes, with Marilyn Manson and Canton Centre Mall.

nah, canton is bigger and more well known than springfield. although wittenburg > malone - lol!

I meant generally aka Cleveland-Akron-Canton much like Cincinnati-Dayton-Springfield.  And I'm pretty sure everybody knows Springfield ;).

No, but seriously, I like sections of Canton (their [ripoff] Hills & Dales section is quite nice).  Their downtown certainly has potential and that Palace Theater is a beaut.

well yes it's true almost everybody in ohio knows of springfield

true again the cities in the regions are linked, although clev-akr-can are more closely linked than cinci-day-spr, at least geographically by 15-20 miles as the crow flies.

also thx i wondered about the hills and dales....i figured it's a common suburbia-type moniker, but still somebody had to come first so you settled that.

but....lastly....one thing is for certains....canton palace theater > lorain palace theater

I dig it.
