August 6, 200717 yr The group is organizing an urban tour of projects and properties in various city neighborhoods - downtown, Over-the-Rhine, Walnut Hills and Mount Adams - scheduled for Sept. 23. I think this is when the downtown tour of living is usually scheduled. Is this replacing it?
