August 13, 200717 yr Hah, well, funny thing, that povery pocket map was based on 2000 census numbers, and that little area on Shroyer shows up. That was eight years ago, but now all of a sudden its "Oy! Gevalt! Poor people on Shroyer!". I think that apartment complex down off Whipp is seperated from the surrounding plats via stockade fences, chain link and heavy landscaping or something (not totally sure)... I've seen that done with subsidized housing down in Miami Township.
