August 15, 200816 yr I am kind of interested in purchasing a unit in this building. There was some pricing info in the article cited on the first page, is there any more recent info? Also, does anyone know when it will be finished? 7 units total Three 2br, 2 bath units = $240,000 - $245,000 Three 1br, flex space (home office or studio space), 2 bath units = $195,000 - $200,000 One 3br unit (roughly, it can built out to owner's specs)...occupying entire top (5th) floor (2,300sf) - $375,000 Amenities: 12 ft ceilings Hardwood floors, granite countertops, wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances come standard Washer/dryer (stacked) in each unit Porch/balcony with every unit...large enough to fit chairs and grill or something like that (these are being put in due to the lack of a rooftop deck) 1 parking space for each unit in secure garage inside building They are hoping to complete the model unit (2br, 2 bath) in time for the Downtown Tour of Living in late September. Due to upgraded finishes they plan to list this unit around $260,000 - $265,000. The remaining 6 units will be built out as buyers are lined up. If you are interested in any units you can contact Connie Oppt by either email ([email protected]) or phone (513-646-5136). I should be getting some floor plans and renderings from him within the next couple days that I'll be sure to post here.
August 15, 200816 yr All this activity in OTR gives me a funny feeling, like when I climb the rope in gym class.
November 5, 200816 yr A couple units are now listed on starone.com. Lots of nice pics and a video tour: http://starone.com/displaylist.asw?listnum=1147470&mls=cincy
May 6, 201114 yr Work has started up again over here... garbage chute and all. It appears as though they are finishing the rest of the units. Maybe there has been some movement on sales, or moving forward as rental?
July 2, 201113 yr A guy came in and took over the development that had basically failed. He's executing most of the original plan and I has contracts on five of the project's eight condo units. This same guy, Andrew Howe, recently took over the troubled Schoolhouse Lofts project in East Walnut Hills.
