Does anyone have any info on this thing? I'd never noticed it until this week. I think it was on Walnut St. near the old Bella.

 

I first noticed this almost two years ago, but I don't know the origins of it.  You can see it well from the top floor of the Contemporary Arts Center in the stair well.

That is where I first noticed it from.

I am pretty sure it was tied with an exhibit at the CAC, but I don't know that for certain.

I saw it from the sidewalk on sixth street last summer.  Here is the picture I took from the sidewalk:

 

I always thought it was cool how you could see it going up the stairs at the CAC.  Maybe it's the CAC's only permanant piece?

I wonder if anyone has walked out the door, turned around only to be surprised, haha.
