I've moved back to Ann Arbor for grad school and have moved into my new place.  Instead of having my own apartment like last year, I'm renting a house with 4 other people.  It's much nicer.  I shall now present to you my wonderful new home for the next 8 months.

The house is located in the city's historic 4th ward and built in the late 1880's.  It was gutted and renovated a couple years ago.

And of course, can't forget to grill.

Very nice...loving the backyard chillfest that is going on.  8-)

That Cavalier/Sunfire needs some work done on the hood.  Otherwise, that place looks nice!!

Swanky, in a Home Depot cabinetry sort of way.

Yeah, my housemate damaged his car when he hit a deer in the middle of the city.  Came running out of an alley between two 12 story buildings.  How random is that?  The insurance company almost didn't believe him.

The cabinets are okay, but the craftsmanship is a bit rough.  The Formica  countertops had gaps them allowing water to get down inside, causing the mdf beneath to swell.  So they are all bubbled.

Haha if I had a dime for every time an insurance company didn't believe me...

Nice crib. A grill is essential.

Well, that's a step up!
