September 4, 200717 yr I wish I knew as well...I'm really trying to figure out a cool linkable flash thing for my site.
September 4, 200717 yr I've found a few freeware and shareware programs out there, but they're either extremely clumsy to use, don't install or don't run at all. :(
September 7, 200717 yr I used something called so-think dhmtl or something like that once. It was nice, and very powerful You can build your menu before the 17 or 30 day trial runs out. it's easy to edit xml anyway, so you can still modify your menu without using the software.
September 7, 200717 yr ^ Thanks. I haven't checked it out yet, but here's the link if anyone else is interested: http://www.sothink.com/
September 8, 200717 yr We use this script along with some personal code to pull off the navigation that you see on my website. It's rather customizable, and we enjoy it. This navigation does require some knowledge of HTML / Javascript though.
September 9, 200717 yr Several pointers -- Try DHTML scripts at http://www.dynamicdrive.com I am waiting for Adobe to release the menu bar for the SPRY framework. The SPRY framework, unlike other PHP-AJAX frameworks, is extremely easy to manage and manipulate, and I have implemented it so far on Abandoned for the "Accordian" feature on the right-hand side. SPRY is still in pre-release but well worth the implementation.
