That had to be done in the '70s or '80s.

The stone viaduct is great.  The rest looks pretty depressing.  Wish there was some kind of magic to bring all the river cities back to their former glory.

Get rid of the ultra wide windows that distorts the window :P

 

As for the abandoned highway bridge over the Ohio River, you should check it out from the West Virginia side. Small enough, you can squeeze through the fence. It's like a time warp.

Even the smallest of the Ohio River cities seems to be able to muster up a decent sized downtown.  But man, what abandonment.

lol - floridaguy what the hell? i never thought an old building in bellaire would be the one to do it, but that one leaves me speechless. what were they thinking to do that?

 

worst of all if you look close at the corner edge you can see there is a nice old building underneath that, that, that....furry 70's cape cod cladding abboration or old warehouse fire brick or whatever the heck that is.

Look on the bright side, It's better than a facade of aluminum siding.  :|

I'm pretty sure that building's facade was added in the 1970s. Because I'll bet what little hair I have remaining that the facade was inspired by...
